We process orders quickly. Delivery inside Dhaka usually takes 2–3 business days. For locations outside Dhaka, delivery may take 4–5 business days.
We offer a 7-day return policy for defective or damaged products. If you receive a wrong or faulty item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
We take great care in packaging our products. However, if your item arrives damaged, please record a video while opening the parcel. This video will help us resolve your issue quickly.
